Dr. Ashley Carnes has been a doctor of Chiropractic and Applied Kinesiologist in the Dothan area just shy of two years. She is the daughter of Dr. Bob Carnes a local Chiropractor and Applied Kinesiologist in Dothan for over 35 years. They share a practice together on Main Street. While Dr. Bob focuses much of the practice on metabolic health through blood work, saliva testing, and nutritional support, Dr. Ashley focuses much of her practice on healthy movement and getting patients clear of nerve interference and up moving again. Moving well and functioning at your best is very important to her and she feels this cannot be done unless you’re eating well, thinking well, and resting well. Together Dr. Bob and Dr. Ashley tackle wellness and hope to educate their patients on what true wellness means and how to live a life full of vitality and health. She is passionate about eating dark chocolate, yoga/dancing, and traveling.
