Welcome to LEANBEANCHEF and my first blog post!
It's been a couple of years since I've blogged over at susanavello.com and I've since forwarded that over here. I must say, I'm a little rusty! BUT, I'm super excited to begin this new journey at Lean Bean Chef Personal Chef Services right here in my hometown of Dothan, AL. If you haven't yet read my back story you can catch up with that HERE and see how it all came to be.
Those who know me know I have a love affair with food! I have now for some time. I love most all kinds of food.In fact, I probably eat 6 times a day. Yes, you heard that correctly. 6 smalls meals a day. It actually keeps me going and gives me fantastic energy. When I say I love food I mean I LOVE it! I guess my favorites would be (at the moment) Mediterranean Cuisine and Asian flavors. You'll see several of those items here on the blog that will lean toward these. But mostly, you'll see a lot of what I cook and eat every.single.day. Things that I eat on a regular basis - day in, day out. Healthy food that is good for you. Things that don't really take a lot of time or a lot of energy. Food that is full of flavor, vitamins, minerals. Food that gives you energy. You'll see menu's that are straight up Vegetarian or Vegan. Or maybe labeled Gluten-Free. And once in a while, something way off track. You have to have balance, right?
I've been posting a lot of those items for the past year or so on my personal Instagram and sharing those recipes. I would love to follow you if you're on there. You can find me HERE. I really dig Instagram. It's short, sweet, full of gorgeous pics and something that kills time when you're laying in bed and can't sleep at night!
My goal here on the blog is to share knowledge, great recipes (and have you reciprocate), and get to know you along the way. What say you, shall we build a long, lasting friendship? I'm up for it. What about you?
