Every event is unique and we never create the same menu. Below are some examples of what might be in a Client Weekly Cook Date Menu.
Bruschetta Grilled Chicken Zoodle BowlMarinated Grilled Chicken served over zucchini Noodles and topped with fresh tomato bruschetta (can be made vegetarian without chicken)
(GF / Vegetarian) Coconut Shrimp Curry with Red Pepper and Spinach
Beautiful Fresh Gulf Shrimp swimming in a sea of Indian curry spices with red pepper and spinach, served with a choice of steamed white rice, brown rice or wild rice
(GF) White Sea Bass with Orange and Fennel Relish
Pan seared Gulf White Sea Bass (when available) served atop a relish of fresh oranges and fennel, nestled alongside roasted red potatoes
Kung Pao Chicken
Tender pieces of organic chicken marinated in a spicy Kung Pao Sauce, stir fried with fresh veggies and your choice of GF noodles or cauliflower rice

Beautiful Dinosaur kale massaged with a lovely apple cider mustard vinaigrette with just a pinch of nutmeg, topped with honey roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts and homemade dairy free cashew cheese
